Melissa Reese, and her training program with Jaime Dancer at Dancer Dressage in Millstone, NJ, has been tested extensively over a 3+ month period and receives our Amateur Equestrian 5-Star Rocket Approval Rating.

We’ve had the pleasure of not only observing but training with Grand Prix and Silver/Bronze medalist rider/trainer Melissa Reese and we have only the best feedback to give! Not only is she an excellent rider, taking young horses, including her own, all the way to the top, Melissa excels as an instructor helping her students gain confidence and the foundational skills needed to truly connect with their horse and move up the levels.

Extremely talented at guiding upper level students, she also has a great understanding of the challenges and struggles beginner riders face allowing her to develop a method of training that allows them to progress at a level that is comfortable and right for them. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve got a young horse moving up the levels, Melissa is an excellent choice to help you and your horse to reach your potential.

I’ve known Melissa for over 10 years. She’s always been a fantastic rider and trainer, and in early 2017, Vegas and I began training with her at Dancer Dressage. Melissa has the unique ability to bring out the best in both horse and rider. She is positive, dedicated, and able to provide just the right instruction that leads to big break-throughs. As a trainer, equine caretaker, and equine coach, she is one of the best!
